Waking up to stunning sunrise views over the harbor from the breakfast table was truly unforgettable, but the lack of thorough cleaning, especially in the bathroom, was a noticeable downside. The balcony overlooking the water added a nice touch to our stay.

While the rooms were fine overall, we couldn't help but notice that the floor wasn't vacuumed during our entire stay. It would have been better if the cleaning was more thorough.

The service was okay but felt a bit impersonal; it seemed like they only really paid attention when we approached them multiple times with a request. However, they were nice and helpful once we got their attention.

The location was great on Lamholmen, offering fantastic views next to the water, close to the center of Svolwær. Despite not being in the city center, it was still a convenient base, within walking distance to some lovely waterfront restaurants.

The dining experience was of generally high quality with a comprehensive and wholesome Scandic-style breakfast spread. However, it did get overcrowded at times, especially when understaffed.

The facilities were decent, offering car hire and housekeeping services. However, improvements could be made in managing overcrowding during dining hours.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with a comfortable room and friendly staff. The location was excellent, offering a stunning view of the mountains. The dining experience was great, with plenty of choices to enjoy.
